Normally, incisions are made on the area where the butt cheek meets the rear side of the thighs and at the crease of the buttocks. Area’s of incisions that are chosen are based on the notion of least scar visibility, if possible. After incisions are made, the surgeon will create large pockets in order to hold the butt implants that are to be placed in the either above or below the glutei maximus muscle.
If you hold medical conditions, it would be best to evaluate your candidacy with the surgeon. You must be physically, emotionally, and mentally prepared for the new bodily change and effects the procedure may pose upon your body.
A supporting compression garment will be prescribed for the next few days post surgery in order to provide your new buttocks with the support it requires. Swellings and bruising experienced should subside within a few weeks. Scars are normally hidden but there are some instances where the scar may be visible.
